Our return policy is simple; if it is our mistake we will replace it, refund your money, or make it right.
If it is not our fault (for example you want a different size than you ordered), you (our buyer) have 15 days from the time it arrives at your door to contact us and to start the return process. The buyer is responsible for return shipping plus a 12% restocking fee. When the product is received by us, we will issue you a refund.
Unfortunately, after this time is past we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Our products are shipped out using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS, and Central Transport. We do our best to send out all items with in one business day. With the obvious exception of custom casting projects. If you need to return your product contact us for an RMA and further instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is given, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50 you should consider using a traceable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION AND SECURITY
When you use our products or website, you may be asked for personally identifiable information such as your name, address, email address, and telephone number.
We use your information to ship your merchandise and that's it! If you want to subscribe we may send out periodic updates. However, subscribing is separate from using the checkout.
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
